Her work combines psychology, neuroscience, coaching and real-world experience to help individuals, families and organisations build healthier relationships with technology and reclaim the skills that matter most: focus, emotional regulation, critical thinking and intentional action.
Hannah is the founder of Delay Smartphones, a national campaign that has helped shape public debate on smartphones and childhood and has briefed both the Scottish Parliament and Westminster on issues relating to children and technology.
